EMPLOYEE  RESOURCE  GROUPS (ERGs)

As part of our commitment to fostering an inclusive culture of belonging, Ecolab proudly supports employee resource groups (ERGs). These employee-initiated and -led groups represent unique cultures, abilities, experiences and backgrounds across 70 countries with nearly 10,000 members. Ecolab ERGs provide business insights, solve business challenges, build leadership capabilities and serve as “brand ambassadors” in their communities. ERGs are open to all employees.
