Ecolab’s Human Resources Internship Program provides a unique opportunity for graduate level Human Resources interns to own a strategic project within an Ecolab operating division or corporate HR group. Interns may be placed in a variety of HR functions (HR generalist, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, etc.) focused on current issues or needs that will directly impact the business. Concluding the 10-week internship, interns provide senior management, project stakeholders, work teams and alumni with a professional presentation sharing the project overview, findings and recommendations.
As a Human Resources Intern, you will also participate in a variety of activities that will provide you exposure to leaders, Ecolab culture, and businesses. Experiences will include executive meet and greets, business overviews, networking, volunteer activities and social events
The HR Internship Program serves as a direct pipeline to Ecolab’s Human Resource Leadership Development Program (HRLDP), which develops individuals who possess long-term potential to serve as leaders across Ecolab. HRLDPs are placed into one of Ecolab’s many divisions/functions and will complete 3 rotations, each lasting 12-18 months in length In order to maximize full growth potential, each HRLDP Business Partner will have a unique and customized rotational plan based on his/her experience, strengths, opportunity areas and interests.

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Master level degree with a concentration in HR with:
• Anticipated graduation date of May/June 2021
• A minimum of three years of business experience
• Prior HR experience strongly preferred
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive self, lead others and provide guidance to senior leaders
• Courageous, articulate, confident
• Willing to think critically & drive results
• Possess the maturity and experience to collaborate with colleagues and leaders across functional and business areas
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
