  • Daily check of MRP requirements and order statuses to ensure delivery dates are achieved.
  • Order processing, timely follow up of incoming material, delivery coordination with warehouse or customer service.
  • Self-vendor management including finding gaps/problems in daily cooperation and looking for solutions to improve the process.
  • Project Management, Tele-conference management, Vendor improvement management.
  • Close cooperation with logistic, supply network planers, marketing, sourcing, sales forces.  
  • Creation of the forecasts and analyzes of trends.
  • Crisis Management.
  • Participation in divisional calls on EU level. 
  • Looking for savings, stock allocation for cost avoidance.
  • Managing problems with payments/invoices.
  • Managing complaints from customers and warehouse.
  • Basic knowledge of APO.


  • Fluent English communication skills – additional language will be an asset.
  • Bachelor degree (preferably in banking, economics, finance).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid knowledge of purchasing/planning processes.
  • Ability to multi-task, depending on criticality of tasks.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and under time pressure.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
  • Ability to work within international environment.
  • Well organized.
  • Team Spirit building skills.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to details.
