What You Will Do:

  • Process 100+ inbound calls per day from Ecolab Customers and our Sales Team
  • Utilize your problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Handle all calls in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Achieve target goals for monthly call quality, daily attendance and punctuality and daily and monthly statistical objectives utilizing good time management skills 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must reside in Twin Cities metro area
  • High school qualifications or equivalent
  • High speed, wired, broadband Internet connection
  • Successful speed test results:  (download and upload speeds of 10 Mbps or higher)
  • Must be able to attend an in person interview and a 1-2 week training period at our Eagan, MN facility. Post training – working from the Eagan office will be required periodically based on business and system needs.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in process
  • Ability to accurately type a minimum of 25 words per minimum
  • Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience utilizing a multi-line telephone system
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly dependable team player
  • Ability to prioritize workload and complete responsibilities on time
  • SAP knowledge
