Join Ecolab’s sales team as an Analytical Program Coordinator in New York. Within our industry leading Specialty division, this sales support opportunity will play a key role in supporting a corporate account manager. This position is responsible for managing and prioritizing requests from the corporate account manager and ensures all necessary reporting, correspondence, and requests are completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner. As a critical role for the business, this position expeditiously and effectively resolves the issues and concerns of large corporate account customer.

What You Will Do:
Manage and facilitate execution of the WMP sampling scope and ensuring that we protect our ongoing invoicing as well as initiating supplemental invoicing for activities beyond the base scope of our program.
Manage the monthly site-specific testing schedules & communicate service plan needs to field/customer – established and reviewed in NWW.
Track billing of resamples and initiate invoicing where required to avoid lost revenue.
Asset updates/changes in NWW to sampling plan as required or dictated by WMP updates.
Update digital tool access for changes in customer contacts and Nalco field reps as turnover waves occur (NWW, WSI, LIMS, etc.)
Identify & order shippers to cover monthly sampling needs for customers who self-sample and submit.
Coordinate & print NWW labels to be used with Nalco Water Watch sampling schedules – send to customer/rep via email or snail mail.
Review all completed results from lab and automatically process a new shipper/label order for all self-sampling customers with retest requirements.
Facilitating Customer training needs to utilize NWW & WSI for sample submission requirements – upon request/launch.
Escalate automated results to preset customer contact lists – communicate action requirements for self-sampling customers.
Proactive communication to field/customer on upcoming sampling requirements per plan
Assist in assembling LIMS data for regular program reviews covering trends & priorities.
NWW annual training compliance tracking
Track Water Safety quarterly check ins, annual reviews and three-year audits frequencies as determined by Program.

Full time Position with opportunity for overtime
Hybrid schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
3 years prior administrative experience in a sales support environment
No immigration sponsorship offered for this role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or business or the equivalent of 5 years professional experience.
Experience with divisional sales financial reporting, etc.
Project management experience or certification
Exemplary organizational skills, as well as attention to detail
Need to be process oriented while being able to adapt quickly to change.
Resourceful, ability to anticipate needs, sound judgment and tact to appropriately direct questions and requests from all levels within the organization, including senior management, including sensitive or confidential information.
Must be proactive with demonstrated initiative, ability to work independently and within a team.
Self-motivated to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle a broad range of responsibilities through time management and prioritization.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
$28.00 – $36.00 / hour. This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation for a potential new employee such as education, training, experience, work location, travel (if required), etc.
