What Will You Do:
-
Marketing Analyst for Ecolab, Inc. at its facility in Naperville, IL.
-
Manage the core marketing processes for Heavy SBUs.
-
Synthesize market, customer, competitive, and business insights into segment strategies.
-
Execute marketing program and pricing strategies which will meet profit objectives for the business unit.
-
Coordinate Customer Insights / Market Research projects including the development of quantitative and qualitative surveys, voice of customer interviews and market sizing reports.
-
Manage the segment Innovation Portfolio to support the strategy, market needs and growth expectations, utilizing the Phase Gate process to introduce and drive the execution and launch of Connected Chemistry, Digital, Service and Equipment products

Communicate with all levels of the organization, both within and outside the business.

Manage a product line segment P&L and implement margin enhancement activities for a business greater than $275M in annual sales.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
3 years Industrial or B2B Marketing experience
Preferred Requirements:
-
Implementing margin enhancement activities for a business greater than $100M+ in sales
-
Supporting strategic marketing plans for a $100M+ business-to-business product and service program
-
Developing customer value propositions and creating associated sales materials
-
Experience developing and conducting at least one market research projects including the development of quantitative and qualitative surveys, voice-of-business interviews, market sizing reports and pricing models
-
Performing product lifecycle management including determining customer requirements, coordinating product development projects and providing post-launch support
-
Using advanced marketing analytical techniques to develop marketing insights and strategic directions
-
Performing market segmentation, targeting and positioning activities
-
Experience in cross-functional teams to deliver new innovations utilizing a Phase Gate Management process
-
Experience in developing and deploying strategic plans and associated tactics to grow in the business segment
-
Experience in leading cross-functional teams across the regions
-
Experience of communicating effectively with all levels of the organization.
