Joignez–vous à l’équipe des ventes d’Ecolab à titre de technicien, réparateur en service de restauration au sein du marché de Quebec et Levis. Cette ouverture se présente dans notre importante division institutionnelle qui offre des solutions et produits chimiques complets afin de répondre aux besoins de nos clients dans les industries hôtelières et de la restauration. Après avoir complété un programme de formation initiale, vous travaillerez auprès de divers restaurants, hôtels, écoles etc.  Vous représenterez Ecolab en installant et en entretenant des systèmes de lavage de vaisselle, de buanderie et de distribution qui fournissent une expérience unique aux clients et qui créent des environnements plus propres, sécuritaires et sains.

Vos tâches:

  • Utiliser vos aptitudes mécaniques pour installer, réparer et effectuer l’entretien de systèmes et d’équipement de lavage de vaisselle, de buanderie et de distribution; vous pourrez tirer parti de ce service pour renforcer les relations avec les clients
  • Démontrer une utilisation sécuritaire de l’équipement, en s’assurant que les installations du client sont pleinement opérationnelles et que les équipes sont bien formées
  • Remplir et publier les rapports requis et télécharger les données de manière quotidienne
  • Gérer l’inventaire, l’utilisation et le coût des pièces

Qualifications de base:

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires. De préférence des études postsecondaires. 
  • Un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en résolution de problèmes mécaniques (ex. : expérience mécanique, en plomberie, en électricité, CVAC)
  • Disponible pour travailler les fins de semaine si requis
  • Capable de soulever et de porter 100 livres
  • Doit posséder un permis de conduire valide et un dossier de conduite acceptable
  • Bilingue – Français et Anglais

Qualifications préférées:

  • Expérience mécanique dans l’industrie de service (ex. : réfrigération, réparation d’appareils ménagers, équipement de cuisine, expérience CVAC ou militaire)
  • Expérience de service à la clientèle où vous avez traité directement avec le client

Join Ecolab’s sales team as a Restaurant Service Technician in the Quebec, Levis market.  This opportunity is within our industry leading Institutional division, which offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the foodservice and hospitality industries. After completing an initial training program, you will work with a variety of restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term career facilities and more. You will serve as the face of Ecolab by installing, servicing, and maintaining ware washing, laundry, and dispensing systems that drive a positive guest experience and create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments. 

What You Will Do:

  • Apply your mechanical aptitude to install, repair and perform maintenance on ware washing, laundry and dispensing equipment and systems; leveraging this service to strengthen the customer relationship
  • Demonstrate safe equipment use, ensuring that your customers’ facilities are fully operational and teams are properly trained
  • Complete and merchandise required reports and upload data on a daily basis
  • Manage parts inventory, use, and cost

Basic Qualifications:

  • Completed High School Diploma or GED. Post secondary education preferred. 
  • Minimum of 2 years mechanical problem solving experience (e.g. plumbing, electrical, HVAC and/or mechanical experience)
  • Ability to work on weekends as required
  • Ability to lift and/or carry 100 pounds.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Service industry mechanical experience (e.g. refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC and/or military experience)
  • Customer service experience with direct customer interaction
