District Manager

What You Will Do:

  • Select, train, develop, and lead a team of associates to achieve business objectives and sales growth objectives with and through the sales team
  • Ensure team achieves sales and service goals and objectives by meeting key performance metrics and following established processes and protocols
  • Assist associates in installing and performing maintenance on equipment and systems while using electrical, mechanical and or plumbing skills
  • Manage parts inventory, use, and cost
  • Complete and merchandize required reports
  • Accurately complete administrative duties
  • Perform work in a safe manner and use appropriate personal protective equipment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years related experience or a High School diploma and eight or more years related experience
  • Foodservice, Hospitality Industry related experience
  • Excellent leadership and team management experience with 2-5 people
  • Basic English oral communication
  • Strong selling and influencing skills
  • Outstanding industry insights
