Meet Melissa, SVP supply chain, Nalco Water
Melissa joined the team in 2010 looking for the opportunity to lead a team and drive more value and impact. She found exactly that. In her role, she leads a team responsible for a variety of operations, including supply & demand, analytical planning and warehousing.
After navigating pandemic challenges, it became even more important to Melissa to work for a company that made an impact in society. She says:

Meet Jessica
Jessica, production associate, has been with Ecolab for 12 years. She says that checking on the team's line conditions and having regular meetings during shift changes help drive the teams’ success.
Meet David
David, production operator, has been an important member of the Supply Chain team for 13 years. In his role, he helps fill gallon bottles, sanitizers, and heavy-duty cleaners for our customers.

Kevin, production operator, has been on the team for more than four years. He’s even changed shifts to help train new hires. But his commitment to safety has never changed. “I’m a safety champion, he says. “I really care about safety and working safely.”
