Die ECOLAB Pest Deutschland GmbH verfügt über mehr als 30 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der Schädlingsprävention, die sich ausschließlich auf Geschäftskunden konzentriert.
Wir liefern konsequent wissenschaftlich fundierte Protokolle und Berichte, um Schädlinge nicht nur zu bekämpfen, sondern auch langfristig zu beseitigen. Und das alles bei gleichzeitiger Bereitstellung der notwendigen Erfahrung, um Risiken zu erkennen, bevor sie entstehen. Sales Development Manager (m/w/d)

im Großraum Hamburg

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erreichen von Umsatzzielen nach jährlicher Zielvorgabe

  • Kundenakquise im zugewiesenen Verkaufsgebiet

  • Kontinuierliche Kommunikation mit dem Kunden während des Verkaufsprozesses

  • Betreuung der Bestandskunden in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Serviceteam

  • Durchführung von Umsatz-, Potenzial- und Preisanalysen sowie Trendanalysen

  • Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von neuen Verkaufsstrategien

  • Reporting und Überwachung relevanter Daten

Ihr Profil

  • Technische/kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder abgeschlossenes Studium

  • Vertriebserfahrung in Kombination mit Marktkenntnissen

  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Hygiene/Schädlingsbekämpfung und den daraus resultierenden Anforderungen (HACCP/IFS/TRGS) wünschenswert

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise 

  • Ein hohes Maß an Problemlösungsorientierung, Flexibilität und Zeitmanagement 

  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 

  • Versierte PC-Kenntnisse (insb. MS Office)

  • Führerschein (Klasse B) und Reisebereitschaft

The next day I could be dressed professionally doing food safety and cleaning audits for another customer."
