Jolene wasn't always an Field Service Manager. She was a chef for 15 years, working in both restaurants and contract catering.
"For me this job has been very different to being a chef. I get to work my own hours Monday to Friday. Every day is different. One day, I could be descaling a walk-in dishwasher in full PPE, fixing dispenser units, making sure that our solutions flow through the dispensers without any problems. The next day I could be dressed professionally doing food safety and cleaning audits for another customer."

Veronica began as an intern at Ecolab, now in her role as an Account Manager, she has an inside look at some of the world’s largest food and beverage producers which she describes as “the coolest experience to have as a food scientist.” She describes her experience from intern to team member:
