Ecolab is searching for a driven Marketing Visual Designer for future opportunities within our Marketing division in Pune, India.

As a Visual Designer, you will use design principles, technologies, and techniques to create engaging visual concepts to illustrate key sales messages for print and digital deliverables. You will collaborate with teams to develop creative, client-centric solutions that convey a compelling visual story.

What You Will Do:

  • Brand Design Execution – Create visual design and brand materials aligned with the overall design strategy and creative brief and iterate with stakeholders.
  • UI/UX Design Principles – Apply design principles to produce a variety of engaging creative assets (e.g., graphics, brochures, etc.) for digital platforms.
  • Digital Content Creation – Manipulate and retouch images and digital content using software programs (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) to enhance visual appeal and effectively communicate messages.
  • Cross-channel Collaboration - Collaborate with designers and copywriters to add a brand-focused, business-relevant objectives to the project work.
  • Process Improvement – Identify and escalate design process improvement and opportunities.
  • May provide support to associate level department employees and provide training.
  • Contribute to knowledge management activities by identifying and updating knowledge as requested and required.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and participating in improvement projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree and 2-4 years’ experience.
  • Strong portfolio of design content showcasing your skills and experience
  • Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics, visually appealing content and thinking out of the box.
  • Deep understanding of visual design principles, typography, storyboarding, and animation
  • Outgoing, positive outlooks and team oriented
  • Excellent time and self-management and communication skills
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Technical expertise in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Microsoft Office, and other collaborative design tools, Sitecore (CMS), Widen
