Job Description:
This position provides support as the communication link between Ecolab customers, field associates, and others as required. This position also supports the National Support Center and Ecolab remote offices through assistance with special projects and administrative tasks. Join us at Ecolab's Pest Elimination Division business center located in Grand Forks, North Dakota as a part-time Customer Service Representative.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from Ecolab customers and field associates nationwide
- Receive and input message information for internal and external customers
- Relay customer information to appropriate field associates
- Answer approximately 200 incoming calls per day
- Participate in additional customer service administrative responsibilities and tasks
- Participate in on-going monitoring program
- Assist National Support Center and Ecolab field associates with special projects as needed.
- Update all necessary references and materials on a daily basis
Basic Qualifications:
- 6 months previous customer service experience and/or education in customer service
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Part-time 20 - 30 hours per week
- Availability: Flexible hours 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. weekdays. Every other weekend.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer keyboard experience
