The HR Manager II for Law, Regulatory and SHE provides both strategic and day-to-day primary human resources business partner support to these three global functions. This position is responsible for providing end-to-end human resources business partner support and leadership to senior executives, managers and employees in these global functions by assessing needs and recommending and implementing human resource programs and policies aligned to business strategy and in support of business growth. These responsibility areas include employee and labor relations, workforce planning, talent assessment and development, organization/team effectiveness, communication planning and deployment, change management, system/process design, and legal compliance/risk management. Additionally, this role will be a key member of the Global Functions HR team with an opportunity to collaborate with HR colleagues across the globe.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide forward thinking HR consultation on strategic and organizational / leadership development opportunities across all three functions.
  • Conceives of, recommends and implements strategies and initiatives designed to further the engagement of our associate population
  • Assist employees with inquiries, concerns and needs. Act as an impartial advocate for fair and equitable treatment
  • Provides coaching to managers and supervisors on performance management, employee development and other key areas
  • Provide HR related data and reporting to leaders in order to promote data driven decision making and strategy development
  • Manages employee relations issues in collaboration with appropriate resources, including Law, Compensation and Benefits
  • Provides appropriate counsel and leadership on organization structure and design issues aligned to the functional strategy

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations or business
  • 10+ years of progressive human resource experience, preferably as a generalist

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or Master’s Degree in related field
  • Superior communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proven employee relations and active listening skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels within and across the organization with experience influencing senior leadership
  • Strong organizational, time and project management skills
  • Successful experience within the areas of organization development and organization design
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, influence decision-makers and implement solutions
